长江大学来华留学生签证办理须知

Visa Application Guidelines for International Students of Yangtze University

长江大学来华留学生须在本人国籍所在国的中国大使馆或领事馆办理来华学生签证，严禁入境后补办签证。如需查询所在国家／地区中国使领馆官方信息，可登录中国外交部官方网站查阅：http://www.fmprc.gov.cn

现将签证类型、申请材料、办理流程及相关规定明确如下：

All international students admitted to Yangtze University must apply for a Chinese student visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their home country. It is forbidden to apply for a visa after entering China. For official information on Chinese diplomatic missions worldwide, please visit the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China:http://www.fmprc.gov.cn. The visa categories, required documents, application procedures and relevant regulations are specified as follows:

一、签证类型区分及入境后规定

I. Visa Categories and Post-entry Regulations

1. X1签证（长期学习签证）

X1 Visa (Long-term Study Visa)

适用于在华学习时长超过180天（半年）的长江大学来华留学生。该签证入境后初始有效期为30天，无长期在华停留权限。所有持X1签证入境学生，必须在入境后30天内完成居留许可办理，逾期将视为非法滞留，影响在华学习、居住及后续出入境。

This visa applies to international students of Yangtze University who will study in China for more than 180 days (half a year). The X1 visa is valid for only 30 days after entry and does not allow long-term residence in China. All X1 visa holders must apply for a Residence Permit within 30 days after entering China. Overstay will be regarded as illegal residence and will affect your study, residence and future entry-exit records in China.

学校特别提示：居留许可仅可在学生完成长江大学线下报到、注册入学后方可申请办理，建议学生合理规划出行时间，切勿过早入境，避免出现入境超期无法办理证件的问题。

University Reminder: A Residence Permit can only be applied for after students complete offline registration and enrollment at Yangtze University. Students are advised to arrange their travel reasonably and avoid early entry to prevent invalidation of the entry period and failure in document application.

2. X2签证（短期学习签证）

X2 Visa (Short-term Study Visa)

适用于在华学习时长不超过180天的长江大学来华留学生。签证有效停留天数以签证页标注信息为准，自入境当日起计算，在华最长停留周期不超过180天。

This visa applies to international students of Yangtze University who will study in China for no more than 180 days. The valid stay duration is subject to the annotation on the visa page, calculated from the entry date, with a maximum stay of 180 days in China.

持X2签证入境的留学生无需办理居留许可，该签证为单次入境有效，入境中国后不可凭此签证二次出入境。

X2 visa holders are not required to apply for a Residence Permit. The X2 visa is valid for single entry only and cannot be used for re-entry after leaving China.

二、签证申请所需材料

II.  Visa Application Documents

所有材料均需保证真实、完整、有效，原件清晰无涂改、无破损，部分材料需按使领馆要求准备复印件，具体清单如下：

All documents must be authentic, complete and valid with no alteration or damage. Copies of certain documents shall be prepared as required by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. Detailed requirements are as follows:

1. 有效普通护照原件 ／ Original Valid Ordinary Passport

护照剩余有效期需满足签证办理及在华学习要求，建议有效期不少于6个月，且至少预留2页空白签证页，无破损、污渍、涂改痕迹。

The passport shall remain valid for at least 6 months for visa application and study in China with no less than 2 blank visa pages, and shall be free of damage, stains and alterations.

2. 长江大学录取通知书 ／ Admission Letter of Yangtze University

学校官方出具的正式录取通知书，信息完整、盖章有效。

Official admission letter issued by Yangtze University with complete information and official seal.

3. 外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW201／JW202表） ／ Original JW201／JW202 Visa Application Form

教育部统一制式留学签证申请表，由长江大学统一出具，需本人核对信息无误后提交，不得私自篡改信息。

Standard international student visa form issued by the Ministry of Education and provided by Yangtze University. Applicants shall verify all information before submission and shall not modify any content without authorization.

4. 外国人体格检查表 ／ Foreigner Physical Examination Record

按照中国出入境检验检疫标准完成体检的正式检查表，体检项目齐全、结果合格，加盖正规体检机构公章，为长期来华学习签证办理必备材料。

Official physical examination record completed in accordance with Chinese entry–exit inspection and quarantine standards with full examination items, qualified results and an official medical institution seal, which is mandatory for long-term student visa applications.

5. 中国驻当地使领馆要求提供的其他必需材料。

Other necessary documents required by Chinese embassies or consulates in the respective country

三、来华签证办理流程

Ⅲ. Visa Application Procedures

1. 线上预约办理时段 ／ Online Appointment

登录中国签证申请服务中心对应国别官网，如实填写个人信息、留学信息，上传护照、录取通知书、JW表格等材料电子版，预约当地中国使领馆签证递交及办理时间，保存预约回执。

Log in to the official website of the China Visa Application Service Center of your country, fill in personal and study information truthfully, upload electronic copies of passport, admission letter, JW form and other documents, book an appointment for document submission, and save the appointment confirmation.

2. 现场递交材料审核 ／ On－site Document Submission and Review

按照预约时间，携带上述全套纸质材料原件（及使领馆要求的复印件），前往所属中国驻当地使领馆或官方签证受理中心，现场递交材料、采集生物信息、缴纳签证费用，配合工作人员完成资料审核。

Bring all original documents (and required copies) to the local Chinese Embassy/Consulate or official visa center as scheduled, submit documents, collect biometric information, pay visa fees, and cooperate with official review.

3. 等待审批并领取签证 ／ Approval and Visa Collection

材料审核通过后等待官方审批，审批完成后凭受理回执前往办理地点取回护照，核对签证类型、有效期、停留天数等信息，确认无误后完成签证办理。

Wait for official approval after document review. Collect your passport with the receipt once approved, and verify the visa type, validity period and allowed stay duration to complete the whole procedure.

四、重要补充须知

IV. Important Notices

1. 签证类型需严格按照本人在华学习时长选择，错报、错办签证将导致无法正常入学、居留，后果由学生本人承担。

The visa type must be selected strictly according to your actual study duration in China. Incorrect visa application will result in failure of enrollment and legal residence, for which the student shall be fully responsible.

2. 所有申请材料必须真实合规，伪造、篡改材料将直接拒签，并影响后续来华签证申请资格。

All application documents must be authentic and compliant. Forgery or alteration of documents will lead to direct visa rejection and affect future Chinese visa applications.

3. X1签证持有人务必牢记入境30天居留许可办理时限，入学后及时配合学校完成相关手续申报。

All X1 visa holders must complete the Residence Permit application within 30 days after entry and cooperate with the university to finish relevant registration procedures after enrollment.

4. 若遇签证政策调整、材料增补等特殊情况，以中国驻当地使领馆最新官方通知为准。

In case of visa policy updates or supplementary document requirements, the latest official announcement of the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate shall prevail.
