关于2025年秋季学期长江大学国际学生报到注册的通知

Notice on Registration of International Students of

Yangtze University for 2025 Fall Semester

亲爱的国际学生们：

Dear International Students,

2025年秋季学期将从2025年9月6日正式开始。The 2025Fall Semesterwill start fromSeptember 6, 2025.

根据学校工作部署，确保国际学生安全返校和开学报到工作有序推进，现就国际学生返校有关工作通知如下：

According to the work deployment of the school, in order to ensure the international students registration and relevant work in order, the notice on the international students registration is as follows:

一、报到注册Registration

1.报到时间Registration Time

1)中国境内老生需于2025年9月6日到15教打卡机进行线下打卡，并参加班主任组织的开学班会，具体时间和地点安排请与班主任联系。未打卡和参加班会的同学将不予注册，并严厉通报批评。Students in China now are all required to check in offline at the 15th teaching check-in machine on September 6, 2025 (Saturday), and attend the new semester opening meeting organized by their class advisors. For specific time and location arrangements, please contact the class advisors. Students who do not check in and attend class meetings will not be registered and will be criticized strictly.

2)暑期回国老生应在规定报到时间内返校，逾期未报到将视为缺勤。International students who went back home to have the summer vacations should return to school within the prescribed time. Those who fail to register on time will be regarded as absent.

3)国际学生应在9月20日之前完成休学与复学申请，请联系班主任办理。申请学生需填写相关表格，提供相关证明材料，由本人或委托他人办理。休学还需办理退宿及离校和签证注销手续。Please complete application for suspension or resumption beforeSeptember 20, 2025by contacting your advisor. You are required to fill in forms and provide supporting documents, which can be handled in person or by others. You also have to go through the procedures of dormitory check-out and cancellation of visa if you apply for suspension.

4)超过报到时间2周未请假未办理来校报到的学生，将进行公示提醒，逾期仍未报到的学生将视为自动退学。Students whofail to register for more than 2 weeks of the new semesterwithout asking for leave,will bereminded in the notice, anddeemed to drop out of the universityafter the deadline.

2.缴费Fees

1)所有老生应在2025年9月20日前通过长江大学校园统一支付平台https://pay.yangtzeu.edu.cn/xysf/缴费，校内住宿学生需缴纳住宿费。All International students (IncludingFallIntake Students who still have fees not paid) should pay total fees accordingly on the university payment platformhttps://pay.yangtzeu.edu.cn/xysf/before the deadlineSeptember 20, 2025.The accommodation fees should be paid if you live in campus dorms.

2)医疗保险到期的在校国际学生应及时到保险公司指定时间和办公室缴费续保（将另行通知）。Students on the campus now whose medical insurance expires should purchase the medical insurance on time at the insurance company appointed office. (There are another notice already announced).

3)未缴清所有费用的学生将不能注册和没有课程考勤。

Students who do not pay total fees and insurance fees will not be registered and have no class attendance record.

3.签证延期Visa Extension

1）在校国际学生需交清学费后才能办理居留许可延期。Internationalstudentson campus now are required to clear the tuition fees before they apply for the residence permit extension.

2）根据荆州市出入境管理部门规定，在一年内出入中国边境的在校国际学生，须在办理延期前至少提前一周到指定医院体检，体检合格者才可申请办理。请同学们仔细检查自己签证的到期时间，提前做好相关准备。According to the theExit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China，all internationalstudentswho have China exit and entry record since your last visa extension should have a physical examination in the designated hospital 1 week before their visa expiring date. Students should check the visa expiring date and prepare in advance.

二、课程安排和成绩查询Classes and Results

1.本学期课程从9月8日开始，具体课程安排班主任会第一时间发到班级群，请同学们按时上课，科任老师会严格检查考勤。

All the courses of this semester will be arranged offline started from September 8, 2025. Students will get class timetable from the class advisor. Please attend the class on time. Students attendance will be checked strictly.

2.上学期期末考试成绩可以通过我校国际学生管理系统查询,尚未结清欠费的学生无法查询成绩。

Exams results of last semester can be checked online athttps://yangtzeu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspxlogin with your username and password.

Students who still have dues to pay can’t check their results.
