关于开展留学生车辆专项排查及信息登记的通知

        Notice on Special Inspection and Information Registration for International Students’ Vehicles

全体国际留学生 All international students：

为进一步规范校园内车辆通行与停放秩序，消除交通安全隐患，保障广大师生出行安全，学校近期将组织开展校园车辆专项排查整治工作。本次排查重点针对校园内行驶及停放的电动自行车、摩托车，严查无牌车辆、红牌车辆以及未完成信息登记的车辆。在排查过程中，一旦发现以上违规车辆，学校可能对车辆予以暂时扣押，按学校相关管理制度进行处理。

To further standardize vehicle driving and parking order on campus， eliminate traffic safety risks and guarantee travel safety for all teachers and students， the university will carry out a special campus vehicle inspection and rectification campaign soon. Focusing on electric bicycles and motorcycles driven or parked on campus， this inspection will strictly crack down on unlicensed vehicles， red‑plate vehicles and unregistered vehicles. Any violating vehicles detected during the inspectionmay be temporarily impoundedand disposed of in accordance with relevant university management rules。

学院已于上学期 6 月发布通知，提醒全体留学生完成个人车辆信息登记工作。自 9 月 1 日起，学校已暂时停止受理所有学生新增车辆登记业务，不再办理新增车辆备案手续，后续请另行等待。

The college released a notice in June of last semester to remind all international students to finish personal vehicle information registration. Since September 1， the university has temporarily suspended new vehicle registration services for all students， and will no longer handle filing for newly‑added vehicles。Please wait for further notice.

本学期电动车、摩托车和汽车等机动车辆均需要登记。请通过下方问卷如实完整填报本人车辆全部信息，不得漏报、瞒报。如发现未登记车辆，将会进行纪律处分。学院将安排纪律委员开展核查工作。

All motor vehicles including electric bicycles， motorcycles and cars shall be registered this semester.Please truthfully and completely submit full information of your vehicle through the questionnaire link below. No omission or false reporting is permitted. Disciplinary sanctions will be given if unregistered vehicles are identified. The college will assign members of the Disciplinary Committee to carry out inspections。

请无牌照、红牌车辆的车辆所有人，务必在本通知发布之日起三日内完成车辆出售和处置，不得继续将违规车辆驶入、停放在校园范围内。

Owners of unlicensed and red‑plate vehicles must sell or dispose of their vehicles within three days from the issuance date of this notice. Violating vehicles must no longer be driven into or parked on campus。

请各位留学生充分认识校园交通安全管理的重要性，严格遵守校园车辆管理各项规定，自觉配合学校本次专项排查工作。后续如有新的管理要求，学院将另行发布通知告知。
