关于2026年秋季学期国际学生返校报到的通知

Notice on Registration for 2026 Fall Semester

亲爱的国际学生们：

Dear International Students,

2026年秋季学期将从2026年9月5日正式开始。The 2026 Fall Semester will start on September 5, 2026.

根据学校工作部署，确保国际学生安全返校和开学报到工作有序推进，现就国际学生返校有关工作通知如下：

According to the work deployment of the school, in order to ensure the international students'registration and relevant work are in order, the notice on the international students'registration is as follows:

一、报到注册Registration

1.报到时间Registration Time

1)全体学生需于2026年9月5日到15教打卡机进行线下打卡，并参加班主任组织的开学班会，具体时间和地点安排请与班主任联系。未打卡和参加班会的同学将不予注册，并严厉通报批评。All students are now all required to check in offline at the 15th teaching check-in machine on September 5, 2026 (Saturday), and attend the new semester opening meeting organized by their class advisors. For specific time and location arrangements, please contact the class advisors. Students who do not check in and attend class meetings will not be registered and will be strictly criticized.

2)暑期回国学生应在规定报到时间内返校，逾期未报到将视为缺勤。International students who went back home to have the summer vacation should return to school within the prescribed time. Those who fail to register on time will be regarded as absent.

3)国际学生应在9月20日之前完成休学与复学申请，请联系班主任办理。申请学生需填写相关表格，提供相关证明材料，由本人或委托他人办理。休学还需办理退宿及离校和签证注销手续。Please completethe applicationfor suspension or resumption before September 20, 2026by contacting your advisor. You are required to fill in forms and provide supporting documents, which can be handled in person or by others. You also have to go through the procedures of dormitory check-out and cancellation of visa if you apply for suspension.

4)超过报到时间2周未请假未返校报到的学生，将进行公示提醒，逾期仍未报到的学生将视为自动退学。Students who fail to register for more than two weeks of the new semester without asking for leave,will be reminded in the notice, and deemed to have dropped out of the universityafter the deadline.

2.缴费Fees

1)所有学生应在2026年9月20日前通过长江大学校园统一支付平台https://pay.yangtzeu.edu.cn/xysf/缴清当学年学费，校内住宿学生需缴纳住宿费。All International students (Including Spring Intake Students who still have fees not paid) should pay total one year tuition fees for the coming academic year accordingly on the university payment platformhttps://pay.yangtzeu.edu.cn/xysf/before the deadline September 20, 2026.The accommodation fees should be paid if student live in campus dorms.

2)医疗保险到期的在校国际学生应及时到保险公司指定时间和办公室缴费续保（将另行通知）。Students on the campus whose medical insurance expires now should purchase medical insurance on time at the insurance company's appointed office. (There is another notice already announced).

3)未缴清所有费用的学生将不能注册和没有课程考勤。

Students who do not pay total fees and insurance fees will not be registered and will have no class attendance record.

3.签证延期Visa Extension

1）在校国际学生需交清学费后才能办理居留许可延期。International students on campus now are required to clear the tuition fees before they apply for the residence permit extension.

2）根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十二条：在中国境内居留的外国人申请延长居留期限的，应当在居留证件有效期限届满三十日前向居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构提：出申请，按照要求提交申请事由的相关材料。According to Article 32 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China: Foreigners residing in China who apply for the extension of the duration of residence shall file an application with the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under the local people's governments at or above the county level in the place of residence 30 days prior to the expiry of the validity period of their residence permits, and submit relevant materials concerning the reasons for the application as required.经审查，延期理由合理、充分的，准予延长居留期限；不予延长居留期限的，应当按期离境。Upon examination, if the reasons for extension are reasonable and sufficient, the extension of the duration of residence shall be approved; if the extension is not approved, the holder shall leave China on schedule.

3）根据中国出入境有关规定，在一年内出入中国边境的在校国际学生，须在办理延期前至少20日前到指定医院体检，体检合格者才可申请办理。请同学们仔细检查自己签证的到期时间，提前做好相关准备。According to the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, all international students who have a China exit and entry record since their last visa extension should have a physical examination in the designated hospital at least 20 days before their visa expiration date. Students should check the visa expiration date and prepare in advance.

4）若注册学生9月签证到期，应于签证到期日前30天前往15号楼201室申请签证延期预约；完成临时住宿登记手续，结清学费、住宿费及医疗保险费用，随后取得相关许可文件，于预约时间前往出入境部门办理手续。Enrolled students whose visas expire in September should come to Room 201, Building 15 and apply for a visa extension appointment 30 days before their visa expiration date. Complete temporary accommodation registration, clear the tuition, accommodation and medical insurance fees, and then get permission documents to go to the immigration office at the appointed time.

二、课程安排和成绩查询 Classes and Results

1.本学期课程从9月7日开始，具体课程安排班主任会第一时间发给同学们，请同学们按时上课，科任老师会严格检查考勤。

All the courses for this semester will be arranged offline starting from September 7, 2026. Students will get the class timetable from the class advisor. Please attend the class on time. Students' attendance will be checked strictly.

2.上学期期末考试成绩可以通过我校国际学生管理平台自助查询，尚未结清欠费的学生无法查询成绩。

Exam results of the last semester can be checked online at https://yangtzeu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx. 

Login with student username and password.

Students who still have dues to pay can’t check their results.
